As your real estate agent, I’m your main point of contact, helping you navigate each step, negotiate terms, and keep everything moving forward. If you're buying with a loan, a mortgage lender will help you get pre-approved and secure financing, while a real estate attorney (required in Georgia) handles the legal paperwork, conducts the title search, and manages the actual closing. A home inspector checks for issues with the property’s condition, and an appraiser (typically required by your lender) determines the home's fair market value. The title company, sometimes working alongside or through the attorney, ensures there are no legal claims on the property and issues title insurance for peace of mind. If you're buying, you’ll also work with an insurance agent to secure homeowners insurance before closing. Occasionally, a transaction coordinator may be involved to help manage paperwork and deadlines, but in most cases, I take on that role myself to keep things organized. Each person has a specific role to play, but together, we all work as a team to help you close with clarity and confidence.
